Crooks

Want to hear a "funny" story? Well, we paid off our Chase credit card last month. It felt so damn good to send in that last payment. Yesterday we received a statement from Chase for $1.50. The charge was labeled as a "Minimum Interest Charge." What? We were charged $1.50 for...nothing. We have had no balance on our card for the entire month. Additionally, we closed our account! How in the hell does a company charge you fees AFTER you closed your account? John called and they reversed the charge, but it is the principle of the whole thing.

In summary, credit card companies are evil. They will bleed you dry if you let them. I will never do business with Chase again. EVER. And I recommend you do the same.

I'm sorry... I laughed. Its not funny, but I'm so not surprised. I hate credit cards (we have a balance we're working on too).
