Productivity

I am bored internet. I keep creating all of these pointless projects to occupy my time, but I am too damn lazy to actually complete them.

I recently decided to paint all of the doors in my house. Why do I want to paint all the doors? I have no freaking idea, but apparently it needs to be done. So, I went to Lowe's and bought a can of primer and a can of white paint. I came home, put the painting supplies in the closet, and then sat down on the couch to twiddle my thumbs. As you might have guessed, I haven't painted one damn door yet.

I also have this fabulous plan to organize all of the clothes that Porgie and Izzy have outgrown. Currently, I have all of their clothes haphazardly shoved into boxes and bags. I want to buy plastic storage bins and sort them according to size. Why do I want to organized every article of baby clothing I own? I have no freaking idea, but apparently it needs to be done. So, I went to Big Lots to buy some storage bins. But they were too expensive - $8 for one bin! I need at least 6 bins, so I am hoping to find them a little cheaper. So, we are going to my beloved Target tomorrow to price plastic storage bins. After I purchase the bins, I am sure I will pack them away in a closet, so that I will have more time to shoot the breeze.

I'll spare you the details of the last project, but it involves painting. And toilets. And vanities. Yes, I want to redecorate my bathroom. And when I say "I want to redecorated the bathroom," I mean that I want to hire someone to redecorate the bathroom. Because I have important things to do - like watch television or eat cookies or read blogs.

I had my ten year old niece sort e's clothes. i figured sorting is a mth skill she needs. I actually ended up using those vacuum bags to save space.

lol, I told the hubs I wanted to paint all the trim in the house. I was sick of looking at brown trim and I wanted white. He went bought me all the supplies. The first day I painted a windowsill, the shit has been sitting there ever since!

We are too much alike for our own good. I'm the same damn way. At least your attempting to make a effort on a project. I just walk by and talk shit about how bad it looks and then not do anything about it, lol.

OH, when it comes to the storage tubs - get your Sunday paper and look at the sale ad's - I have found the HUGE ones for as low as $5 a piece.

lol. Try drinking a bunch of sweet tea, Red Bull, or something that will pep you up. You will start moving around and before you know it... those drinks kick in and you are a whirlwind around your house. lol.

Dude I totally feel ya. I decided to redecorate my kitchen. I have currently primed my kitchen island white, but not painted it. I have painted one corner of the kitchen light blue and part of the ceiling, which I then decided to paint white- but haven't gotten around to. So the rest of my kitchen is painted taupe and all of the cabinet doors on my island are laying in the dining room. Primed, but unpainted. HELP!

I DO THE SAME THING. No kidding. I bought 4 new bins to do my daughters clothes a few weeks ago. They sat in the garage for a while. Now they sit in the hallway. It's a tackle soon, you'll see I am sure.

BTW, when I want to do something, what I also mean is I want to hire someone to do this...

i swear sometimes you just write my posts for me...

i have a pile of to-do items sitting next to me and instead i am blogging and debating the brick wall inducing nap.

we should be neighbors. then when we accomplish nothing we could make each other feel better about it.

Understood.. I have things I want to do too, but I just can't get myself up to do them. I was just telling my husband that I almost feel depressed right now. I'm not, but almost... if that makes any sense. Its a really weird feeling and I don't like it. Blaiming it on the weather...

Ha ha ~ you sound just like me ~ I bought paint for my livingroom (about 5000 years ago ha ha ) ~ and it is still in the garage ~ waiting for me to drag my butt off the sofa and do it!!!
I think that biscuits and blogs are much more important XXX

Eating cookies and reading blogs is very, very productive. Trust me. I'm producing pounds and enjoying blogs right now.

I get a wild hare about organizing baby clothes every spring. Then, the piles rebuild all summer, fall, winter until the next spring.
