Snowy Day

We woke up yesterday morning and discovered that it had snowed (a little)! I promptly bundled the kids up, and we headed outside to play. Two seconds later, Izzy fell head first onto the concrete and scraped up his little forehead. Sadly, our snow adventure was already over. Porgie was very upset, because she wanted to continue playing in the snow. Fortunately, I was able to lure her back inside with promises of hot chocolate...
And a good time was had by all!

now I want hot chocolate. I love that kids will play with snow even if it just a dusting. E doesn't like it too much so far- I will have to take her out again soon.

Ouch! Falling on concrete isn't fun. But I hear hot chocolate heals all wounds....

We have over a foot of snow and BG hasn't been out yet this year. We woke up this morning to a temperature of -17 with wind chills of -32...that is no fun to play in. She just looks out the window and keeps asking to go play and put her snow pants on. It makes me feel like a jerk.

As much as I hate the cold and snow, we desperately need some. Super cute pictures. Sorry about his little noodle! :(

I think you make the curtest kids. I swear they could make dolls looking like your babies.

So sweet! Come on over if you want mass amounts of snow...they could fall and bounce right back up here...well unless they hit the jagged ice I suppose!

Poor Izzy!

But thankfully we've not had any snow, and probably won't since we're in Florida. I hate the cold.
