Since Porgie seems to be obsessed with the beach, we decided to pack up the kiddos and head to the shore yesterday....
We had so much fun. Porgie cried and cried and cried when we finally left, and I felt a little sad too. It was a beautiful day.

Beach babies!
It was 90 freaking degrees in Jersey this weekend. INSANITY! We were literally wearing coats to keep warm on Friday morning, and today it was 90 degrees! Wow! We wore shorts and tank tops and flip flops! It was glorious.
Since Porgie seems to be obsessed with the beach, we decided to pack up the kiddos and head to the shore yesterday....
We had so much fun. Porgie cried and cried and cried when we finally left, and I felt a little sad too. It was a beautiful day.

That's so great. I'm so ready for warm weather and going to the lake.
Last summer we took the kids to Lake Michigan. BG loved it! LM was too small to even care where we were. I am sure this summer they both will be crying when it is time to leave.

Aaaawwww, you never told me you were going!! That looks more like Ocean city, than Strathmere. We decided to stay at home this weekend. What a mistake. Joe had me lugging Maggie's freshly stained dressers back up to her room, rearranging the furniture, and doing yardwork. What a sucker I am. I could have been frolicking.

Nice! We went to the beach this weekend too, only it was 50 degrees and RAINING. Coleton wouldn't get out of the water though, he ran strait for the surf! He fell FACE DOWN in the water multiple times, FULLY CLOTHED with a coat on and everything. GAH!
YAY, porgie finally made it to the beach:D you found summer, christy, what a woman!!! it's been sunny and hot here too; but i hear that's about to change... a cold front with five days of rain is headed our way:/ i hope that means that you will have another couple of days of warmth!!!

awe! We went to on Sat but it was about 50 degrees. I heard Sunday was much nicer. Eliza was in heaven. I can't wait to go again this summer.
