Things that piss me off, annoy me, are disgusting, and are adorable

This pisses me off...
This is my FAVORITE photo of Izzy. He looks like a little angel. But it is ruined. Liquid has been spilled on the photo and it is now stuck to the glass in the picture frame. If you look closely, you can see the damage. I wanted to cry when I realized that the photo was ruined.

This annoys me...
Izzy has decided to chew on his crib. Yes, those are teeth marks. But I am trying to look on the bright side - now the side rail matches the front rail that my cats have already ruined...

This is disgusting...Porgie decided that my husband's nasty work shoes would be a great place to store her milk cup. Yuck!

And this is adorable...
Porgie likes to hide behind the kitty scratching tower. She spends at least 2 hours per day playing back there. The best toy EVER.

I can relate to the picture issue. My fave wedding photo got wet and is stuck to the glass. The worst part is that 2 months ago I knocked it over and the glass broke. I cannot pull the broken glass off, it will rip the photo. I cannot display picture due to the broken glass. Sucks either way.

Such an adorable pic of Porgie.

I think everyone must have a similar heartbreak over pictures permanently stuck to glass. Thank god we have digital now. When I think of all of the negatives that have disappeared over the years...they're so much harder to store.

I'm wondering if you can call the photogragher from the first photo and find out if you can get a another print made.

It's worth a phone call! Cuz it sure would be a shame to lose that adorable photo for life.

Nora ate the crib at her grandparents' when she was 10 months. We ended up wrapping towels around all the wooden surfaces and securing them with zip ties.

Hidey holes are good for little kids. Nora spends a lot of time in hers, too. :)

Do you still have the photo on disc or was it taken by a professional studio? That stinks.

I think Izzy is totally loving that he is mobile and just wants to chew for fun. Hopefully this phase will pass soon.

You have such adorable kids.

That happened to my engagement photo and I am pissed about it.

And I love the pic of Porgie behind the cat tower. Isn't it funny the things toddlers find entertaining? One can never guess what they'll love!

The same thing happened to my favorite picture of Maggie. She has a genuine smile (Not one of her America's Next Top Model poses")

Will has started "hiding" when he poops. I'll see him squatting down behind the piano/loveseat/rocking chair and next thing I know, he's telling me that "I DINK MAMA!!"

My parents have used the same crib for their 4 children and (so far) 5 grandchildren. The railing has had 9 children nawing on it. :)

My daughter has started chewing the bottoms of her shoes - we're disgusting too.

All of my kids chewed on their cots too!
Our poor cats scratching post is now broken due to 4 boys playing with it. Grrr...!!
It is a cute picture of Izzy:)

I have had that happen with a picture before and I still don't know how the liquid got into the frame!!
Your girl is so sweet ~ playing with that cat toy!! I remember when my 2 were little ~ they would rather play with the boxes than the toys that came in them ha ha !!
love and hugs to you all XXXXXXXX

Loved this one. And, I completely identify with the crib rail frustration. I loved the crib I bought and tried everything to keep it from getting chewed. It's chewed like a two year old chew toy. Sadness. But, it's just a crib, I suppose.

I use shoes for cup holders too!

I would be upset about the picture too. Ugh...so frustrating.

Also, the teeth marks on the crib...crazy! I never would have imagined. But I guess kids do the strangest things!

Isn't it funny what kids love to play with? Who needs actual toys? Great picture of Porgie.

After scanning the photo you might be able to remove it from the glass. just float the glass/photo in a tub of water. My experience is it may take a few days of soaking but good chance the glass will let loose. There are lots of comments on this just type "removing photo stuck to glass" in a search engine. Good Luck!
this site gives good instructions http://en.allexperts.com/q/Picture-Framing-Art-3673/2008/7/Picture-stuck-glass.htm

Oh man...sorry about the picture.
As soon as I get new pics of Z..I scan them all.

I have a cover that goes over the rails if you want it. I couldn't use because my rails were too wide. It is supposed to velcro around the rail. I was going to sew ribbon on to tie it...but yeah, never got around to that.

Amazing where they will put things.

And apparently, I need to go get a cat scratch tower for Z!!! :)

Porgie is adorable... ;)

On the subject of disgusting and shoes...the twins have decided they are part puppy and are like heat-seeking missles to errant shoes. Gross is finding your infant chewing on your 4 year old's Crocs.
