Santa. FINALLY.

I took the kids to the mall to see Santa this morning.  My lack luster parenting skills are very evident in the picture.  Porgie insisted on wearing her Christmas dress.  Izzy insisted on wearing regular clothes.  The baby insisted on wearing 3 month clothes that are clearly getting too small.  My daughter's hair looked wild and disheveled (by the way, it always looks wild and disheveled).  She also has several half washed off tattoos on both arms.  And Izzy was desperately holding on to my hand, because Santa Claus is some scary shit.  BUT, we did it!  We got to tell Santa what we wanted for Christmas!  Go me!

P.S. This is a picture of a picture, because I am much too lazy to scan in a copy of the actual photo.

They LOOK LOVELY ,,,, you will love these NATURAL ones when you look back in several years...The baby is sooooo scrumptious... and youre a great MOM ...dont be hard on yourself. Glad you took a Santa pic... i havent taken one for my boys in 2 years....and especially not with baby brother who is 11 months. We have the Elves on the shelves (2 mind you since my boys insisted they each must have one, 6 and 7 year olds) and every night i have to figure where id put them. Its so sad, they really BELIEVE in the Elf story :)

Those are the best kinds of pictures! When they ask in 10 years, why did you put me in that? You can say, you chose it!

You have a great bunch!

Awesome--these are the pictures I love! You'll look back at them years from now and laugh! I didn't realize that my son's pre-school picture would include his hands, which had painted nails (at least they were green and blue...).

I love this! You are so real, it is wonderful! You should feel very proud that your children are independent and know what they want to wear. It looks awesome!

Very cute. :)

Yeah, my baby's clothes keep getting too small, too. It's weird.
