Seriously?

Normally, I am a very lazy person. I don't much care for cleaning and all that jazz. But lately, I have been feeling very productive. It is a very unsettling experience to actually WANT to clean something.

I have been spotted washing laundry and FOLDING it. Amazing! There is a rumor going around that I actually mopped the kitchen floor. Shocking! And according to my husband, I volunteered to change and wash all of the bed sheets. Scandalous!

In addition to all of this productiveness, one night I woke up feeling a little nauseous. The next night I woke up with hip pain. And the next day, I started to FREAK out. Have you ever seen that movie Idiocracy? No? Well, go rent it. Anyways, I was beginning to think that we were the dumb white-trash people with 12 kids from that movie.

So, I packed up my two BABIES and went to buy a home pregnancy test. Let me just say, those were the longest three minutes of the damn life. SERIOUSLY.

The test was negative.

Now let's all breathe a sigh of relief.

  3. Yikes! I can see why the breathing wasn't top priority.

At least your laundry is done!

  4. Oh you poor thing! I did something simiilar about 6 months after having my twins. I was so frantic that I couldn't wait until after work. I drove to mall that had a CVS and then beelined for the food court bathroom. I actually did my pregnancy test on the spot - couldn't even wait until I got back to the office.

    Thank god it was negative.

Haveing 4 kids in less than 2.5 years has NEVER been on my to do list (actually - having 3 in 1.5 wasn't either...)

  5. Prior to being pregnant I always cleaned, now I don't give a crap if the toilet is clean or not. It is liberating I must say.

  9. I'm laughing because you know that was me last month. A pregnancy scare is always that more frightening when you've had two under two.

  10. Before I got to the end of the post-I thought maybe you were pregnant. UGh thank goodness momma. Even though you love your babies, wow-that would be a lot.

Anyway, maybe it just is fall cleaning.

  16. LOL - Congrats then I suppose. Those freak out thinking we're pg moments are fun aren't they? I had a dream I was the other night, so it's on my mind too... I prob won't write about it (or the test that I'll prob take in a few weeks lol) though because my MIL will go off on a tangent that I really don't wanna hear.
