"Swimming" adventures

My cousin sent Porgie and Izzy a blow up pool a few weeks ago. Since we are entering another heat wave here in Jersey, I decided to fill the pool with water.

Porgie inspected the water. She was a little unsure about it, so she suggested that Izzy get in the water first.
Izzy said, "This water is too fucking COLD!" Those were his exact words.
Since the water was frigid, he decided to stand for a while.

Dada finally convinced him to sit down.
After she realized that Izzy was fine, Porgie decided to get in the pool too.
My babies played together...
A good time was had by all.

    Awww...how cute. I still need to buy Z a little wading pool. We used a sandbox last year, but he's a bit bigger this year.
    We must be getting your same heatwave here in St. Louis.

    I had to put deodorant under my boobs it is so hot here...HA...wish there was room for us in that pool! Cute pics!

    PORGIE LOOKS SO GROWN UP. Wow and Mr. Izzy looks like a little man already. Where did the time go? I am so glad the babies are feeling a little cooler with a new pool.

    Kids just love playing with water, mine do anyway. The weather has not been warm enough over here yet for some water fun. Love porgies swimsuit!

    That is hilarious! We have a pool that I fill up for the dogs in the backyard, and one day when I put fresh water in it my mom thought Cole might like to dip his tootsies in. WRONG. He cried like we had just lopped off both his feet.

    Poor guy.

    i so never pictured your husband the rugged shorts/tattoo kinda guy, i always pictured him tall and skinny in ugly suits! i'm excited now that i know your married to a fellow tattooey like myself!

    Oh funny! I can see your sweet boy saying those EXACT words. And I love how the hubby is pushing down on his head to get him to sit. Glad we're not the only family that does that! (Lovingly, of course!)
